Our Investors can Purchase, Redeem or Switch units of Essel Mutual Fund from the comforts of their residence or office.

Quick Purchase with or without login, Redemption, Switch, Portfolio Details, Downloading Account Statements.
What are the pre-requisites for using EsselMutual Fund Transact Online Platform?
a) CKYC-KRA is mandatory for all Investors.
b) b) Email ID and Mobile Number are mandatory for online transactions.

If you already have banking relationship with any of the banks offered for online transactions as mentioned above but have not registered the bank under the folio, then you will need to register the bank account credentials under the folio by filling up the Multiple Bank Account registration form.

How do Ienroll myself for EsselMutual Fund Transact Online Platform?
If you already have a Folio with us, firstly ensure that your Mobile number and Email Address are registered under the folio. If the details are already updated, then you need to login to https://onlinemutualfund.esselfinance.com and follow simple self-help steps by entering email as user id and click generate OTP, OTP will be sent to registered mobile number, on entering OTP you will be prompted for entering password this way password will be set.
NRI Investors will receive their OTP on their registered email address directly.
You will then need to complete the registration process for getting access for the online services offered by us. Please note that your registered email id will be your username.
What if I do not have my mobile number and email id registered in the folio and wish to update the same ?
If you already have any of the one information updated in the folio, you can use the Edit Contact Details facility and update the new details online itself. If you do not have any of the information updated in the folio, you will need to get in touch with the Customer care executive at 1800 103 8999.
Is there any Document / Agreement required to open an online transaction account?
There are no documents required.
Can I use Credit/Debit Cards for Purchase ?
Payment can be made only via electronic fund transfer and not through any other mode. Investors who have Internet banking facility or Debit with any one of the banks will be able to transact online. Transactions by way of credit will not be accepted.
What if my account is debited while placing purchase through this online facility; however no confirmation mail is received for the purchase done?
This might happen due to slowness on the internet, expiry of the sessions OR due to other technical reasons either on the banks end or the website be it downtime, maintenance or declines. We request you to call the customer care team at 1800 103 8999, to confirm whether the transaction has been received. If the bank account has been debited and the transaction has not been received, it will not be considered as a valid transaction and the funds so received will be credited back to the bank account.
How will I receive the Redemption Proceeds ?
After successful processing of your redemption transaction for applicable NAV, the redemption proceeds will be paid out either directly to your registered bank account
What is the NAV applicable for my transactions ?
The cut-off timings as prescribed by 'SEBI' is mentioned in the respective Scheme Information Document / Statement of Additional Information which are also available on our website under the download section. The time of transacting will be the time at which the request is logged in. This shall be the server time
I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it ?
You can click on the Forgot Password link in the login page on our website and fill the necessary details on the screen. Upon successful validation of your details, an email will be sent to the registered email address.
How do I Unlock / Reactivate my Locked Account ?
You can click on the Unlock Account link on the login page on our website and fill the necessary details on the screen. Upon successful validation of your details, an email will be sent to the registered email address.
Can I change my address or bank details throughEssel Mutual Fund Transact Online Platform ?
No. Any change of address, for KYC Compliant Investors needs to be routed through the KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs). For Change of Bank Mandate, our Investors will have to submit a physical signed request to the nearest Investor Service Centres, where they will have to attach the Cheque copies of their Old and New Bank along with the request.
What acknowledgement do I receive for my transactions?
Once your transaction is successful, a confirmatory email will be sent to the registered email ID which will have details of the transaction along with unique transaction reference number. You are requested to store this e-mail for future reference and enquiry. Simultaneously, a separate SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile no confirming your transaction details
Can I have a Single login for all my different Folios ?
Yes. This will however depend on all the folios being mapped to a common PAN No and email id.
Can I use both EsselMutual Fund Transact Online Platform and the physical mode for transacting ?
Yes. You may avail of both the options for transacting.
I already have Units in Demat Folio. Can I use EsselMutual Fund Transact Online Platform to buy or sell units?
No. You will not be able to transact by using a Demat folio. This is to have a clear demarcation of the Demat Holdings versus the Physical Holdings.
Does EsselMutual Fund Transact Online Platform charge for Online Transactions? Am I liable to pay any fees for making online payment for my purchase transactions?
Essel Mutual Fund does not levy any charge for online transactions / payments received from its investors. However you are requested to contact your bank for any charges that they may levy.
How safe is an Online Transaction?
Our site is SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) certified. Sufficient safety measures have been undertaken to protect the interest of all our esteemed investors.
